Sounds like Robin Hood, but I see a problem with it:

There's 1 guy who owns ALL the money? What's he going to do with it? I mean, there's nothing to buy seeming everyone else is in a rut and if he did have it all then the people would move away and build a better life for themselves and build up to kill him and get an economy going again.

but then one day six of dem matorans were struck by lightning and became super powerful toas
and they uh went on a quest for this thing called the mask of life
so after they beat the piraka they became sea toas cuz the mask fell into the sea
and eventually they got it and there were bright lights n everything
youll have to ask someone else about the rest cuz im too lazy to type it all out now

im pretty sure robin hood was the guy that stole from the rich and gave to the poor
and dennis moore stole from the poor and gave to the rich
