If you have a particular question, or want to see a particular part of Scratch 2.0, please post here. I'll pick a few of the questions and answer them as best I can in our next blog entry.

In Scratch 2.0, how will the cloning work? Will there be a limit to how many clones you can make?

When is the projected release? Will there be major UI changes? What? Have you been browsing the Suggestions forum for ideas, and will some of them be implemented?

You already confirmed that you are going to add procedures to scratch, but hereit says

The combination of decreased performance and the potential to introduce concurrency errors makes me very reluctant to introduce user-defined reporters in the first release of Scratch 2.0. I don't rule them out for a future release, but I'd like to see how the Scratch community responds to the ability to define command blocks first. One step at a time.
is that true?
also: how much (if any) first-class concepts are you going to implement?

I heard about block-creating. How would that work? Doesn't making the blocks require more advanced programming than Scratch itself?

Will there be cloning? If so, how many clones will be allowed, and will there be any features like:
<touching [clone1 v]?>EDIT: I'm trying to think of more questions...

How will modding Scratch 2.0 work?

What kind of tools do you plan to add to make collaboration easier?
Are there any plans of adding "sprite classes" or scenes?

Will the stage be resizable within reason?

Hmm that's a good one. Having a larger stage as an option (maybe 400x600 projects) would be cool.
That reminds me -- are there any possibilities of allowing sprites to have x and y positions further than the stage's borders (this limitation can make scrolling somewhat of a hassle).

It looks as though they are overwhelmed with questions.

+1 I really hope it'll have more features, sometimes I end up drawing sprites in some other program and importing them Though *sniff* while a timesaver I suppose it's not a big deal...
EDIT: Will there be any mentions of the wiki? Like "for more information on this block, see the Scratch Wiki!"

It would be cool to have the wiki replace the info on the block shift-click menu (it's shift click, not right, in ye olde pre-alpha)
