I'm fiding it very difficult to move to other applications aside scratch because I've completely mastered it and feel underachieving when I try new software. Is Scratch 2.0 going to include more advanced features. What I'd like to see.
-Change or Variable Resolution
-Exe/Flash Excutable
-Faster loading time and performance
-Cloning sprites to enable shooting games to have an unlimited amount of projectiles on screen besides list with constant stamping or limiting it to 2 or 3 actual sprites
-Transparent colour in paint editor
-More blocks suited to collision such as (If touching Level: Move away from: Level <hit area>) or something like that
-Perhaps for consoles such as the 3DS, Vita, Wii, Xbox ect
-Ability to retail games after completion and checked for copyright
-Online interactions
-Much faster rendering of pen and stamp tools (this can help some people with 3D games)
-Colour Ignore feature (If touching <green from sprite 1> ignore transmission) This may be useful to add GUI layers and particle effects over the top of platforming games which rely on colours
-Particle effects (much like cloning)
-I WOULD PAY £500 if I had to get this, and if so then the gaming industry would be doomed by our amazing games made using scratch MUHUHUHAHAHAHA *cough*
I really wonder what 2.0 is going to have, its being released some time this year apparently but If I have to wait long until maybe christmas... I would want some of these features :)
Should they consider more of this fancy stuff and should we expect it?

Scratch is meant for nonprofit education and stuff like that. Since its only for educational uses, it shouldn't be able to be exported or sold or selling the program itself.
That cancels out half of your suggestions. I'll look at the other half later. Also report your thread to move it to suggestions.

Scratch 2.0 will not be too much more advanced. If you want something more advanced, then go for something like Processing or C.

Only Moderators can move threads

-Change or Variable Resolution Huh?
-Exe/Flash Excutable There might be a way to port your projects to EXE or SWF.
-Faster loading time and performance Pretty sure that will happen.
-Cloning sprites to enable shooting games to have an unlimited amount of projectiles on screen besides list with constant stamping or limiting it to 2 or 3 actual sprites Cloning is a planned feature.
-Transparent colour in paint editor There already is a transparent color.
-More blocks suited to collision such as (If touching Level: Move away from: Level <hit area>) or something like that That might make Scratch too complicated.
-Perhaps for consoles such as the 3DS, Vita, Wii, Xbox ect The Scratch Team won't, but if someone else wishes to, awesome!
-Ability to retail games after completion and checked for copyright Nope.
-Online interactions There might be better ways to pull data from the web in Scratch 2.0.
-Much faster rendering of pen and stamp tools (this can help some people with 3D games) The whole thing will probably be faster.
-Colour Ignore feature (If touching <green from sprite 1> ignore transmission) This may be useful to add GUI layers and particle effects over the top of platforming games which rely on colours Use something like this:if <<touching color [#17BC28]?> and <not <touching [Sprite1 v]?>>> do scripting otherwise
-Particle effects (much like cloning) ???
-I WOULD PAY £500 if I had to get this, and if so then the gaming industry would be doomed by our amazing games made using scratch MUHUHUHAHAHAHA *cough* Better -- Scratch is free, and will remain so! However, if you wish, you can donate.
