I merged your chapter into the original thread. If you need to post more chapters, please post in the original thread instead of creating new ones.

Here comes Chapter 2! I like this one a lot! The team is about to start forming! Plus, we learn about Damian's past! This chapter is really important to the story, so please, don't skip it.

Chapter 2: The Past...

"Sonic, he's been in a coma for 2 days now." Tails said, trying to bandage more of the cuts on Damian. "Tails, he'll be fine, don't worry." Sonic said. Tails held up Damian's Blaster. "Maybe I can fix this. He was probably in a war of some sort." Tails said. Damian started to come to. "Sonic! I think he's awake!" Tails exclaimed. Sonic ran over. "Uh, where am I...?" Damian mumbled. "Welcome to Mobius!" Tails said. Damian jolted awake. "Are you working for ONI?" he asked. "ONI?" Sonic asked. "What's an ONI?" Tails asked. Damian jolted out of the bed. "Who are you?" He asked. "I'm Tails!" Tails said. "And I'm Sonic!" Sonic said. "I'm Damian." Damian said calmly. "Are you sure you don't work for ONI?" "Trust us kid. We don't know what an ONI is!" Sonic said. Tails held up Damian's Blaster. "Were you in a war?" Tails asked. "Kind of..." Damian said. "Well, you see..."

"Back when I was only an infant, an evil had broken out. More evil then anyone, or anything. It's name is ONI. ONI reigned terror down everywhere, striking without warning. My Mother & Father were part of the army. They fought non-stop, day and night, all the time. I went into an academy during the years of the war. But during the time I was away from home, my parents were killed in the war. Completely saddened by this, I dropped out of the academy & joined the Resistence. I took down ONI multiple times, but I believe he is immortal.
"I couldn't believe the missions I was given. My planet is polluted & destroyed. It's a wasteland. The General entrusted me with the Blaster that I used. I was sent to infiltrate ONI's base, to try and find the Anti-Matter Chamber. I was supposed to implant a Time Bomb inside that chamber, so it would fuse with the Anti-Matter, and it would have imploded in ONI's base, destroying him for good, but I got caught, and he transported somewhere throughout the universe. I jumped in the portal after him, but my Blaster got busted, and I blacked out. And thus, I ended up here."

"Wow..." Sonic said in amazement. "No way..." Tails said in awe. "You should have my Slingshot." Tails held the Slingshot. "Why?" Damian asked as he took it. "It will serve as a replacement until your Blaster is repaired." Tails answered. "Thank you.." Damian said. "Besides, this ONI guy sounds no good, so I'd like to help you stop him!" Sonic said. "Same here!" Tails exclaimed. Damian just smiled.

"Thank you guys."

Chapter 3: ONI's Storm

"ONI won't know what hit him." Damian said, practicing with the Slingshot. "I still think the Blaster is busted for good..." Tails said, still trying to repair the broken Blaster. "If you guys want to help me defeat ONI, you'll need much more than running and jumping." Damian said. "Like what?" Sonic asked. "If we have to blast stuff, that's not my thing." Damian tossed something to Sonic. He caught it. It was... "A wooden Sword?" Sonic asked. "You shoot or slice. Take your pick." Damian said. "Fine, slice." Sonic said, latching the case of the Sword on to his back and sliding the Sword inside. "What about me?" Tails asked, knowing he had no weapon of any sort with him. Damian tossed him a... "Bow and Arrow?" Tails asked. "You used the Slingshot before. A Bow and Arrow is no different." Damian answered. "The war starts now, so stay prepared. It's at a minor stage, but it will soon grow." Suddenly, the wind started to pick up, and dark clouds flooded the sky. "This is part of the minor stage. Thunderstorms." Damian said. Tails started to lose confidence. He had a fear of Lightning (Watch the Sonic OVA for proof.) "I don't think I'm really ready for this." Tails said, his voice and Bow trembled along with him. "He has a fear of Lightning." Sonic whispered to Damian.

Suddenly, multiple Purple sphere's dropped down to the ground, revealing multiple Green Robots, called Primids (The Primids are from SSBB.) "Get ready..." Damian said. The Primids drew closer. "Set..." The Primids were about to attack. "Fire!" Most of the primids were slashed down by Sonic's Sword, and he kept slashing away with perfect, care-free motions.  Damian kept shooting away with the Slingshot, but for how expierienced he was as a Shooter, it acted just like his Blaster: Quick acting and Non-stopping. Tails was aiming for a perfect shot, so he could easily take out each Primid with one Arrow. But as soon as he was about to fire, Lightning struck the air, causing Tails to yelp in fear and shoot toward the sky. Tails fell over, and before he could get up, he was grabbed by the Primids and was carried away. He was about to call for help, but a Primid covered his mouth.

Damian and Sonic made quick work of the last few Primids. The storm still raged on. "Wait, where is Tails?" Damian asked. "Uh-oh..." Sonic said. "He got captured by the Primids!" They yelled in unison. "We have to find him!" Sonic said, still holding his Sword in case of further battle. "If ONI gets a hold of him..." Damian started. The two were wide-eyed, only thinking of the deadly consequence. "Let's go." Damian said. "Right." Sonic agreed. The two dashed off in search of Tails, not knowing what new enemy they will be facing.

Meanwhile, at a far off base. "Who are you?" Tails asked, worried. He was strapped to a large metal table. "We don't want to hurt you..." an eerie voice spoke. Tails' world went completely black. The last thing he heard before he blacked out was...

"We simply want to use you..."

A/N: This next Chapter was inspired by two things:

1. A piece of FanArt I saw where it looked like Tails was dressed as the Masked Man from Mother 3. (It would be awesome to see more art like that! Tails dressed as the Masked Man, that is...)

2. Mother 3 itself inspired me to do this Chapter. I loved how heartbreaking the Final Battle was! I drew some fanart revolving around the first reason and the Final Battle! It's about time that I bring the first Fanfiction I ever wrote in my life (That has not reached the public... yet...  ...) in to this chapter!

Let's begin, shall we?

Chapter 4: The Masked Fox

It was a dark time for our hero's. Tails was missing, which was not good. Damian and Sonic walked along the trail, the Thunderstorm still was raging, but it was bigger, worse, faster, and the rain was pouring harder and harder every passing second. Sonic sneezed. He was really badly sick, but he refused to stop and rest. Damian was worried. Was he going to be on the adventure all alone? Damian stopped. "W-What are *cough* you *cough* doing? *cough* *cough" Sonic asked. "We're stopping here for the night." Damian answered. "If we keep moving, will surely fall deeply ill." "No! We can *cough* keep moving! *cough*" Sonic said. Damian dragged Sonic under a large, thick-branched tree. Sonic tried to pull free of his grasp, but to no avail. "I wish *cough* that I *cough* never *cough* met you, *cough* so I wouldn't *cough* have gotten involved *cough* with this!" Sonic yelled. He stood up and ran off. "Sonic..." Damian couldn't think of where to go with what he wanted to say. Tails was missing, and Sonic had abandoned him.

He was alone once again, like always was.

"I don't need that piece of trash!" Sonic said to himself, his coughing had died down. "I'll just have to find Tails myself!" Sonic stopped. Someone stood in his way.

A fox of an orange color, wearing a brown jacket with a fur-pelted hood. He was also wearing a helmet over his head, his ears and mouth being the only visible parts of skin. His tail was robotisized with an easly brakeable metal cap, and he wore black slacks and black rubber boots. A red piece of glass covered his right eye, and he wore a white glove on his left hand, and his right and was a blaster.

"Out of the way, freak! I'm on a mission!" Sonic yelled. The masked fox did not move. "Well, if you want to do it the hard way..." Sonic withdrew his wooden Sword and dashed at the fox, but his attack was blocked by a Sword of Light that the Masked Fox drew out of nowhere. "So, you want to fight, huh?" Sonic said. He dashed once again at The Masked Fox, only his attack was repeled again, but the Masked Fox pointed his blaster at Sonic and shot. Sonic was sent flying into a tree. The Masked Fox dashed over, and was about to defeat Sonic with the Light Sword, until a pure, metal sword came out of nowhere and knocked the Light Sword out of his hand, and the Metal Sword landed in the metal cap on his tail, cracking it. The Masked Fox grabbed the Metal Sword and threw it at Sonic, who caught it by the handle, and the Masked Fox ran to grab his Light Sword.

"I thought you could use some help." A voice said to Sonic. He looked up to see Damian standing there. Sonic smiled. "You don't have to say sorry, because I already forgive you." "What kind of Sword is this?" Sonic asked. "It's called the Master Sword." Damian answered. "It's a fabled Sword of legend, said to have destroyed the ultimate evil. You no longer need that Wooden Sword of yours." "Wow, thanks!" Sonic said. He threw his Wooden Sword into the field. "Now let's get him!" "Wait! Look at the Metal Cap on his tail!" Damian exclaimed, pointing over to it. Sonic looked over.

What they saw they would never forget.

The metal cap broke, revealing two orange Tails with the tip being a White-ish hue. The Masked Fox dropped the sword and took off the blaster. Finally, he removed his helmet.

"It's Tails..." Sonic said. "Sonic..." Tails said. Damian stepped back. Tears flooded Tails eyes. He ran over and hugged Sonic. "Sonic! I'm really sorry! It's my fault!" Tails said while sobbing. "Tails, it wasn't your fault. It was mine. I should've known better then to just go up and attack you." Sonic said, still hugging Tails. Tails pulled away. He went and picked up his blaster... and pointed it toward himself. Sonic was shocked. He ran over and pushed it out of Tails' hand. "Tails! What were you doing!" Sonic yelled. "Sonic, I wanted to punish myself. I don't deserve to be here..." Tails said. "Forget that. You do deserve to be here! You have a role to fill, and that's being my best friend... and little brother." Sonic said. Tails felt better. He smiled.

He picked up the blaster. "I lost my Bow and Arrow, so I guess this will have to do..." He said. "I also managed to fix your Blaster, Damian. While I was being controlled, that is." He went over and handed Damian his Blaster. Damian slid the Slingshot in his pocket. "Thanks Tails." He said, smiling. "Well, I guess the team is back in action!" Sonic said. "Appearently!" Tails said. "About time!" Damian said. Just then, the storm stopped, and the sun came out. The wind no longer raged, but was rather quite a small breeze now, and it was very warm out. "I guess we are one step closer to defeating ONI!" Damian exclaimed. "Then we'll just have to keep going to reach our goal!" Sonic said. "Then everything will be back to normal!" Tails said.

The three friends smiled, and they walked off on the next part of their quest.

Oh man... This chapter was LONG! But it's heartwarming, just like the Final Battle of Mother 3! (Or was it heartbraking...?) Anyway, I really hoped you enjoyed this chapter, and I'll see you soon with the next one!

Ok. Here you go. The final Chapter of Sonic Universal. I enjoyed this fanfiction a lot, guys. (And gals!) There still will be an Epilouge, so don't forget. Anyways, enjoy the Final Chapter of Sonic Universal.

Chapter 6: The Final Battle

The three hero's were warped all around the universe. They followed ONI throughout the depths of the portal. ONI then disappeared. The three followed. They exited the portal, and came to a room completely engulfed in darkness. "Where is he?" Tails whispered. "I don't know." Damian whispered back. "We might as well stick together to stay safe." Sonic whispered. They took a few steps forward, with their weapons set in their hands. "I guess he isn't here." Damian said. Suddenly, the room's darkness was destroyed by bright lights that shone throughout the room. The three hero's looked up...

... And saw ONI.

"I never thought you would find me!" ONI roared. "I warped myself across the universe, turned your useless fox friend over here into a robot, and even shrunk my portal into non-excistance! Yet you still managed to find me!" ONI grabbed Tails and yanked up. "And you, my friend, have betrayed me!" He threw Tails at the others. Sonic jumped and caught him. This time, ONI attacked.

He swung his arm down in hopes of crushing Sonic, but Sonic jumped out of the way, and slashed his tentacle off with the Master Sword. But ONI's tentacle regenerated on the spot. "What! His arm just grew back!" Sonic yelled, shocked. "There is no way you can beat me!" ONI roared. Tails used his blaster and shot through ONI through the chest. He was surprised that it didn't do a thing. Damian wall-jumped above ONI, and decided to shoot through his head. Not even a scratch was made. But then, Damian noticed ONI's tail. Damian shot it. It regenerated. But then Damian noticed something. "Guys! We need to chop off his tentacles and tail at the same time!" He yelled. "Follow my lead!"

Sonic chopped off ONI's left tentacle with the Master Sword.

Tails blasted ONI's right tentacle with his Super Beam (That's what I'm calling it.)

Finally, Damian shot ONI's tail with his Blaster. But, before he did, he remembered the bomb from his original mission. He loaded it in to his blaster and shot. The explosion was huge.

The smoke cleared.

"We did it!" Tails exclaimed. "We sure did!" Sonic exclaimed. "We really did it..." Damian said, smiling. It was truly the greatest thing for the universe that everyone will be proud to hear it. The three friends did it.

ONI was killed.

Why is it terrible? I never do that. I just don't think it works.

For me, that kind of tares my Fanfiction apart. I like the way they are, and I want them to look good.

It doesn't provide a clear view of who is currently speaking. It's annoying and detracting from the storytelling.

And the "terrible' was to pull emotional weight into it and make you feel guilt into fixing it. >

I can't fix it. (No, I literally can't, because I'm typing on my iPod.) By the way, there is no way people can make me feel guilty to change stuff.

I like my fanfics the way they are, and you can't make me change them.
