Glitch type thing..
I found a "glitch". When you do "grab screen region for new sprite" you can grab stuff of the screen area like the Green Flag Button. Or a area in the scripts or where the list of sprites. Try it!
PS: Don't fix this I like it, it could be useful for creating mini-Scratch projects!

Hi Magnie, Scratch lets you grab any part of its own window for either a new sprite or a new costume. This operation is not limited to the area of the stage, and - I agree - rather useful. It's intentional, btw
