You still need to earn it; just because you're a Scratcher on another account, it doesn't mean you don't need to work for it again.

Alt account or not you still need to earn it,just like any account. Well post lots of helpfull stuff,be active (both forums AND main site) post helpfull projects (you will need projects to become a scratcher) dont spam or be rude and then you'll be a scratcher
