Wait (1) secondsNot
Wait (1) secsIf you say secs, it sounds like s()x and you don't want children saying secs to their parents!!!

I don't see a problems. "Secs" is a common abbreviation of "seconds". Plus, sex isn't a bad word anyway...

I've had this problem before. But people usually can figure out what you mean based on context.

I've been meaning to suggest this for months. I support.

I know. wait (whatever) secs is good, and couldn't you say each letter seperately of secs, like "s", "e", "c", "s"??

I guess it's just one of those things you've got to train your mind to think of as "Seconds", despite the fact that it says "Secs."
I think you can go into the source code (Shift clicking the loop in the R in the Scratch logo in the software) and change that, if it really bugs you.

Secs is a very common abbreviation for seconds. I dont think this suggestion has merit.
