can any1 make a website or program that will allow projects to be shared and edited (much like in Google docs) before the project is finished and uploaded to scratch. this would make collabs a lot simpler here is what id like:

the owner of the project chooses who can edit the project BEFORE its uploaded

all that can edit can do so simultaneously

the owner can pass ownership to others
