text based scratch

I was thinking that scratch should have a text based version, since finding all those blocks and dragging them where we want is too much energy wasted. With text based scratch, we would just have to type in commands and it would be easier to use

We already have the code, we just need a tab to switch from block mode to text mode.

this has been suggested many times though it seems a good idea it ever gets excepted...don't ask why i do not know
