So...Does the Scratch Logo change anymore?

I remember back in '09 when it would change for holidays. Does it do that anymore (It didn't change for holidays for a long time)?

If not, Why not?

They stopped because it was too much work or something  hmm

It was stopped because it caused glitches in the site. For example, the International Peace Day would still show up for days after IPD was over.
