Oh, sorry (DOH!). Here it is http://scratch.mit.edu/projects/Redskin89/478874. I would be more leneint towards it if it was, say, playing as background music for a game, however as it is solely to listen to the music, it is violating!

Dude, my cousin uses like so much of his music from itunes plus which he bought in his secret projects and guess what: NO ONE CARES ABOUT THIS!
