Re: getting noticed

Basically, be really active on the forums. No one's gonna check out your stuff if they don't know about you. That's probably the only reason why I'm semi-famous (well, kind of, anyway  tongue ), because I post about 100 times a day, so loads of people click my name.

Re: getting noticed

There's many ways to get noticed! Here are some tips:

1.) Make projects with interesting thumbnails. What I mean is, you know that picture you have on your project when you see it on your profile? There is a bigger ratio of people clicking it if it looks interesting to them. Just save your project with a certain sprite/background showing.

2.) Make friends! You'll get more noticed with friends helping.  smile

3.) Post as much as you can on the forums. NO, this does not mean posting every 60 seconds, it means post as much as you can without spamming. Be helpful, and friendly! Nobody will click your name if you're rude and disrespectful.

4.) Put your profile in your signature! Make it look like this:
My Profile
Just put it somewhere in your signature. Or maybe put a link to your latest project!

5.) Even if Show & Tell doesn't work for you the first time, keep using it!

6.) Give helpful comments! Say stuff like:
"Cool! One thing that needs fixing though is the glitch when..." and so on.
Things like "Cool! Awesome project!" work too.

Bye 1.4!
