I can't download any project! Is something wrong with my computer?

I just keep trying and trying, but whatever I do, it won't download! Can someone please help me ASAP? 0_o' HELP!!!

What exactly happens? Does it try to open the file or just doesn't download? Does it give a error?

Well, I"m re-installing Scratch, so maybe that will be the solution.
