I've encountered a shiny hippowdon.
When my friend was playing my game he saw a shiny chingling but he ran before I could tell him to catch it. DX

Yes but only the games where you can chain. I've only caught about 3-4 without chaining and that's with over 2000 hours of game play on all my games.

I got a shiny abra by chaining. One of the most riskiest pokemon to chain.

Only once. I found a Shiny Heracross, but I couldn't catch it in a Pokeball, but I caught it on film! (No glitches, hacks, cheats, codes, Gameshark, nothing.)
