well see theres a bunch of poor people in this post appocolyptic ruin and the only rich guy is this big evil man who owns all the money left in the world
so one day this one poor guy, hes all like "you know what im done with bein poor" and sets off to steal form the rich guy and give to his poor lil society

Huh, I didn't know that Bionicles had a form of currency, they seemed more like a tribal culture to me based on trade. (Unless you're referring to the Matorans who use widgets).

indeed, but my brother and i have developed a world of our own where bionicles have money, rakashi are bandits, warriors can have multiple elements, and strange beings known as "masscares" (pronounced "mass cars") inhabit the earth

btw, in the movie beer bottle caps are used as currency

The people the first sort of "series" focused on was like that, although Matoran did use widgets, but the people of Metru Nui had some sort of currency I believe. Maybe something based on the mineral Protodermis?

i was only introduced to bionicles when voya nui had started and i couldnt understand the comics and though that when one piraka told the other "thees a new passtime called thinking you sohuld really try it" he literally meant that thinking was recently invented
