im horrible at making things from scratch
and im just bad at cooking in general

I'm not good at cooking but I can make great chocolate chip cookies from this recipe I got from here (though if you do try it, I suggest using 350 degrees instead, and it usually yields 3 dozen, not 2 dozen like it says).

I've got a few things that I like to make...I make a good Mac and Cheese (from scratch, no pre-made stuff).  And people seem to like my apple pie  smile

I do. I mostly make things that require boiling though (I'm not very comfortable with frying stuff after burning my finger once), so a large amount of my cooking circles around making things like pasta.  smile

I've got a book with 1001 cookie recipes :3 But I've only eaten a few of them... my favorite so far was an oat-raisin-syrup mixture.

I can make pasta in a thermos.
I can also make vegetable soup from scratch (not in a thermos)
