Hey, I just joined and I have a question. I'm just trying to make a basic motion control using the default Cat Sprite. I can get him to move in every direction using the four arrow keys, but when he moves up and down, he is always facing right, even if he was previously going left so it looks awkward. Any tips on how to keep him facing left when moving up and down if he was previously going left?

Hi mrpacman! There are lots of fun things to do on Scratch! You can make drawing games, jumping games and even music videos! For a sample, try watching Chalkboard Art, one of the featured games. It's a great example. Again, I welcome to Scratch. I hope you like it!
