Well, for one thing, Scratch isn't a video hosting service.
Secondly, you're being incredibly vague. Please clarify.

I'm assuming he means the project player.
You probably don't have the Java/Flash Player.
You need it to play projects online.
Get Java Player here.
Get Flash Player here.

You mean JRE (Java Runtime Environment); the java player is the app
