Larger data limit for projects

I've been trying to make a game but I had to split it up into different parts because the file was to large to upload. I think the limit should be 20mb or, if possible 1gb?

Currently, the Scratch team are porting Scratch 2.0 to flash.  Currently, on java the scratch team is limited by the size the java player can handle.  With flash, you are bound to see the size increase - what it will increase to is unknown, but it definately won't be 1gb because of bandwith speeds and the like - maybe 20 - 50 mb though?
