AS it said on the read before suggesting sticky, Scratch was only designed for computers,NOTHING ELSE. And it takes too much time, resouces, and money anyway. It just can't happen

It would be cool is if you could make/download/play scratch projects on a smart phone!
I've heard that scratch 1.4 is somewhat android compatible from somewhere, I believe it was another scratch for android topic that I heard that from I think PaddleTwoSee. Anyway flash is android compatable so you can play scratch projects as long as they don't require arrow keys, and you need to use flash player of course.

Why?!
It runs code you can edit. You can't do anything bad in Scratch, though. ([removed] Apple.)
ScratchTwoPointOh (as I call it) will be able to run (slowly) on androstuff because you can get a Flash player for most devices.

Well, if you run Debian/Ubuntu on an android tablet, you could run Scratch 1.4. You also might want to try the Snap! Scratch modification, which uses JavaScript and HTML instead of Flash.

One of apples policies is that you can't have an app that interprets code, (runs code you can edit) and, even though you can't do anything bad with scratch, (like making a virus) you could make one via other code-interpreting apps which is why all interpreters are banned from the apple app store.

Android has Flash so you can play projects
and on the new Scratch you can go to the Create button and make projects on flash (but an android tablet would be better for that because the phone screens would be to tiny to drag the blocks)
