Those are the two main things on my wish list! Trying to track down where things go wrong without a step and watch facility is hard work with big projects!

The printing code kind of reminds me of another suggestion I would like that would make Scratch go faster. It was: How about every time you add a script/block to a script then Scratch should take a "picture" of it and when you press the Green Flag it won't look at the scripts and then do it then next block do it then next, ect... So instead when Scratch takes a "picture" of the codes then it will automatically know what to do. That way it doesn't do: Look at block do it. Look at next block do it. It will make projects run so much faster.
