You are allowed as many as you want, as long as you don't try to impersonate others.
For the record, I have four accounts: this one, my test account, a collab account, and SJRCS_Admin (admin as in I teach the computer club at my school, and need to share it with the other teacher).

You can have multiple accounts but as long they are NOT used to break the rules and/or inpersonate others and/or post innapropiate content such as strong s*xual content. The rules can be read here:

Of course it's fine! Many users have test accounts for their test projects. Some users also get a new account to replace an account.

I have a test account , but I mainly use it for projects that are not ´cool enough´ for my main account.

You can, but there are some rules.
1. You can't impersonate other users.
2. You can't get on the front page with it.
3. You can't use them to boost your account like giving love its and favorites(the scratch team will catch it easily)

It's fine to have multiple accounts, so long as you don't use them unfairly, e.g. loveiting all your projects with it. I have one, but I only ever use it to upload tests on how my project will run online etc..

Let's say a scratcher is really good so they make a bunch of accounts and upload tons of projects to each one and they all get tons of views. Would you want to see an entire front page filled with just one person's games?
