Can you do dragons?

Animal: Winged Dragon
Colors: Deep Purple, Dark Yellow (like the fourth yellow on the scratch color tab-thingy)
Clothes and stuff like that: Two yellow earrings on left ear.
Markings: Not many. Let's say this: Long, slim, deep purple dragon. Large wings with bat-like structure. Yellow skin between digits, long dark yellow claw at wingtips. Long ears, yellow inside. Ram-shaped dark yellow horns behind ears. Four longish legs, no markings. Head is slim, tongue is light blue. Gray strip down forehead with dark yellow spikes. Eyes are a glowing light blue. Neck and lower body have a smooth-plated yellow scaled underside, but not on the tail. Yellow spikes all the way down the back and tail. Front "hands" are black with yellow fingers. Back feet have yellow toes, but only 3 thick toes. Yellow scales on the front of the lower back legs. Two yellow spikes on the shoulders facing opposite directions.

Simple, no? 

oh, and if you don't mind: robotic joints (just lines) on the tail and wings. Autobot symbol on chest XP

Yeah. She's a transformer. Her name is CyberSky. Think you can do it?

I'm drawing at the moment!    I'll add animation; since you been waiting long.

Can you draw top-down buildings? I need some which are 72X54 in size, so not only are they small but also they can be quite cartoony, making this quite a simple task.

You need to first make random buildings, like generic houses and shops ect. Then, I have a specific list. I am going around to many different artists on the requests thread, so you will only need to do a couple of these.
I need:
+Grand Hotel
+Motel
+Police Station
+Jazz Club
+Bank
+Villa/Fancy House
+Shopping Mall (in the 72X54 times table please)
+Car Dealership Shop

This is for my GTA Junior game. It will however, focus more on the missions and collectable items rather than shooting people and other mature elements, which would be banned from scratch.
