Say goodbye to the internets.

I hate Megaupload. Mediafire FTW...
But this means some sort of censorship law is coming to the Internet. (I believe SOPA is gone, but PIPA is going to pass soon)

Nice to see a rebellion coming up, the host of MegaUpload was arrested or something along that line, the FBI and many other sites were hacked and taken down soon after that.
Yeah, Anon have crashed them. Also this happened:

We will give you 72 hours to bring back MegaUpload (Mon 23rd Jan). If you don't, we'll take down Facebook, bank websites, ect, or something like that.

I saw. I went and Google-searched "sopa dropped." I guess all the protests helped.
Well, a mod can probably close this now.

Well megaupload sucks anyways, it's a good thing

I count it as a good thing.
Megaupload was just a trouble maker, with numerous cases being presented against them for copyright violations for the mass hosting of pirate material they undoubtedly merited their fate.
If it wasn't for sites like these bills like pipa or sopa wouldn't even be in the picture. My question is, if Megaupload can be closed, why do we need these bills?
