You know the forum tags forum tags that create bold tex, quotes code, etc. How can I make them not disappear, for example if I am explaining something? I know you can make them disappear if you use the code tags, but is there any way to have them for example in a sentence, not highlighted?

As far as I know, you have to use the code tags to do that.
