Lots of Flash Games are multiplayer, but to name one, Everybody Edits is an example of how you can make Flash Multiplayer.

So, technically, this is possible but it might need a bit of coding unless Scratch implents a Player.IO-powered Flash Player, then it'd be as easy as cake.
