I apologize if i bug you with all these posts. But ive a question some may find stupid. If this is miscellaneous where you can post anything, then why do some topics still get closed?

Fads
Duplicates
Exessively flamed
Not allowed, according to the Community Guidelines
Or old.
Minecraft, Redwall, and Cyberchase fan, and PROUD.

Like most have mentioned before, topics usually get closed for breaking the Community or Miscellaneous Guidelines in some way, or they get closed automatically after being inactive for a period of time.
Speaking of which, the idea of Miscellaneous being a place where you can post anything is a common misconception - it's supposed to be a place to discuss non-Scratch related topics should they not fit anywhere else in the forum, so topics that start off as a valid discussion point and are constructive are allowed, whereas topic with an unclear subject end up being closed.
Everything is better when you add a little cheddar, because when you have cheese your life is at ease

It's alright. Your topics so far haven't been spammy so I don't really mind, though you might want to try and limit yourself to 2 or 3 a day to keep the forums clean
