Which free web hosting companies are actually good?

Freehostia
phpnet
Weebly
I'm not really sure about them though...?

Weebly, Webs, Yola and websites like those are horrible for creating websites. In my opinoin, they are for lazy people who don't put in time to create and design their own website. :\ I really love Zymic, and 000webhost is good too.

How about Port Forwarding?
That requires a lot of bandwidth and you need to have the server online all the time.

Horizon-Host. All free, just their website is a bit bare.
Plus, they have CPanel
