Free (or cheap) MC server hosting

Is there any free or cheap MC server hosting website out there (that does not include having you'r laptop on 24/7?)

I'm tired of people being cheap and lazy about this
and expecting to host something of quality.

IF YOU WANT to make a server then you should buy it
from some sort of host, if unable to host yourself.

It will show you are serious about running this properly 
and such.
I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos
