Posting in a cipher (or code) on other people's topics is spam. It adds nothing to the topic being discussed and is using the forums as a game.

If you see anybody doing that, please use the Report button so we can clean it up and take any necessary actions. Thanks!

You can do it on a topic dedicated to discussion of the code. And you have to provide the key smile

Otherwise, you are being exclusive, which is against the purpose of the forums (communication, right?).
