<when green flag clicked><say[ I need help making a pokemon rom hack of pokemon black and white.

i have it all planned out, i just need to figure out how to get the rom and hack it.

Any Ideas?

I don't think there are ROM hacking tools for Black and White available yet. Don't even think there are for D/P/Pt. Most ROM hacks use third gen games.

If you want to make a ROM hack, you should probably have some knowledge of how to do it first.

I would recommend doing it to one of the early games like Blue or Red. The new one's are a lot harder. Google the rom, but it's illegal to do.

Blue and Red are actually some of the hardest because you need to do hex editing. Ruby/FireRed are the easiest and most common.

I know. I don't think there are tools for that.

there are tools that allow for DS hacking
I know for a fact that some group of people are making a B/W hack
making it more "retro"
and harder, from what I remember
but alas, I forget where it was on the internet

but yeah, you should have either:
some good hex editing knowledge
or Advanced Map and XSE (and various other tools)
if you go the second route, make sure you have some rubicon knowledge (youtube is a friend)
