How would that cause spam? They'd probably be moderated.

Maybe... people would probably go overboard with it though, and there'd be polls left, right and centre, which I'd imagine would be pretty annoying.

Yeah. Having it for only scratchers, and not new scratchers would lower spam on polls. I'd just have to use my 456bingo123 account to use it
