There is plenty of information on the Scratch Wiki, but Scratch is such a diverse program that the introductory tutorial on the site can only cover the very basics.
If you have any specific or complex questions that you can't find the answer to, you can search for a user-made tutorial in the search bar or ask a question on this section of the forums.
