It slowed my computer down and I couldn't figure it out so I just deleted it
I use pixlr.com now

That's how I got it to work.

I only use it to make animated gifs or for transparency

I figured out how to make something
But
I don't know the features.

Oh, well, if I told you all of them it would take like an hour to read.
Just mouse over the symbols in the toolbar and it should explain some stuff about what it does.
There are more features other than the ones in the toolbar but they're kind of hard to figure out.

Honestly, I couldn't figure out how to paint multiple colors with a paintbrush on it.

I'm glad to think that the community will always be kind and helpful, the language will always be a fun and easy way to be introduced into programming, the motto will always be: Imagine, Program, Share - Nomolos

You have to click on [file] [new] and make a new blank file before you can start playing around with brushes.

To change the color you click on the black square once you've selected a brush and select your colour of choice

On Windows Gimp:
File->New->It will show you settings. Worry about them later.->Start having fun!

I use it in conjunction with Paint.NET. I use it for digitally colouring images that I draw on paper.

You use the paintbrush tool to paint and the dodge tool to dodge and the burn tool to burn, etc, etc.

If you want to know exactly how, watch a video of someone painting with Gimp.

Dude...I figured it out without any help... [somehow]....and I make awesome drawings now.  I figured how to use it in 3 days with no help at all!  Figure it out yourself...I bet I'm younger than you...dude it's really easy...expirement.
