Happy.
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. -John Lennon
Profession-wise, something that I can do, that entertains people and I enjoy.
Stand-up comic, author, video-game creator . . .
The other day I told my teacher I want to do "Something I enjoy" when I grow up. She laughed and likened it to her being a Marine Sniper. She's 49 so it's highly unlikely. (So much for "I can do anything I want!")
Honestly, I would love to act, but not many people do it. If the role was open to interpretation enough I think I could be pretty funny though.

Somewhere in astronomy. Probably as an astronomer or astrophysicist.

I plan on being happy when I grow up.
If my teacher doesn't get her way~

Author in free time, physicist sorta part-time, and wildlife biologist main time.
I switch a lot between physicist and biologist.
PHYSICS IS FUN!
But I love nature!

An author, unluckily
There's no money for authors in our world
So, aside from Author, I could be...
nothing related to the medical field
I quite enjoy Physics but uh
I wouldn't be good at it
I'm not sure about the cuillinary arts but there's rarely money in that
interior design isn't that bad
I guess
I hate to ruin all of your lives but what they don't tell you during childhood is that you cannot in fact be anything you want
and survive at least
or even get into the profession!
The arts don't pay

Well.
Entertainment isn't necessarily always an art.
There's always Video Games for me, those entertain but are (sadly) not considered "art". (Though I would prefer to be indie, to control all aspects of the game, I doubt that would make a living)

That's what I had in my mind when I wrote it.
I think I'd get into metalwork, I love welding and smithing. My dad has a company set up which is slowly getting money, when he dies it goes to me and hopefully I won't be left with a big job to finish.

Video game program- I mean, tester.
Bleh, I like playing things more than I do making them.
This, but I'm perfectly fine (if not better) with the programming part.

If I could do the things I'd like to do well and be recognized, I'd like to be an artist of some sort, but that's an unlikely goal
A step down from a talk show host (Which is probably an even more unlikely goal) would probably be some kind of therapist, and I guess I'd be fine with that too
Being a tattoo artist would be cool too
People say I could do it, but I have my doubts, and people tell you what you want to hear
