YES. Coolstuff, you are a moderator. Please show the Scratch team this, and have them prepare code. Then, if the bill gets passed, every image will be the SOPA logo. Also, send each person a notification telling them that this is just a protest, not actual censoring.

Tons of sites are shutting down in protest, including some major sites, such as Reddit, Mojang/Minecaft, and Mozilla!
See here for more sites striking.

Just the 18th, as far as I know. Read the web site, lol. That's all the information I have.
Anonymous should seriously hack or DDoS some major sites to give a sample of what SOPA would be like. Maybe hack flickr, and replace all images with a CENSORED BY SOPA image placeholder.
Also, there seems to be a fair chance that Obama would veto the bill as well, the White house has made it clear that any bill can't alter the framework of the Internet, such as the DNS system.

I believe 12 hours on the 18th.
Honestly, it's enough sites closing down to make it a pretty impacting event.

They are not trying to get rid of Scratch or any other websites.
What they are doing in the Senate and House is attempting to pass laws that will allow internet censorship. They are very unconstitutional but somehow there is a possibility they get through. Many websites are shutting themselves down on the day of Jan 18th to protest this.
Those websites will go back up, however.

No, it has to be optional. We're not forcing people to protest.

Bump.
Activison endorsed this bill so that people won't find other FPS's, so that theirs can stay on top. Essentially, at least.

Sounds like a good idea! I wonder who's going to [removed by attorney general, don't use the word ***sor online, it makes the government look bad] their own project. Or they could [removed by attorney general, don't use the word ***sor online, it makes the government look bad] their own forum post, like I'm doing.
Edit: [removed by attorney general, never insult the government online, especially with the word ugh], the government is [removed by attorney general, don't use the word ***sor online, it makes the government look bad]ing my post! [removed by attorney general, never say the phrase "Stop SOPA!" online]Disclaimer: I do not guarantee any of this to happen.
And the TF2 thread would be destroyed.
Along with pretty much anything else.
Also, my signature would be this:

Remember people, we should be protesting this because it's against our rights as people, not because we're afraid MINECRAAAAFT is going to shut down.
