Screencast-O-Matic is online. You don't download, you just go to the website and press Start Recording. But it leaves a watermark.

If you don't want to use CamStudio, may I recommend HyperCam.
camstudio is just to slow to record my mouses movements. When you said hypercam i immediatly downloaded it and it recorded my mouses movements MUCH faster then camstudio. [blocks]<mouse much faster>[/blocks]
