The site will be released at midnight, EST (GMT-5). I hope you are all looking forward to it, because I had a great time programming it (did I mention I am the one working with LS97 on it?)
Oh, I forgot to mention, the site is located at modshare.tk.

This site is being released several weeks ahead of schedule. We need as much time as we can get to debug it. We've added all the major features, but there are a few minor features we need to add, and even after midnight, they won't all be quite ready.

Yeah, think of poor little old me that's up at midnight to get this finished...

LS97 has gone to sleep. Anything left to be added on the site before the release has to be added by me. I will be around until the release, and will check the forums periodically.
At this point: "If it is to be, it is up to me!"

At 12:30, it is no surprise. Have fun!

Oh, believe me, I will.
I love web coding, and this was probably my most fun project.

Important notice: if you are creating an account with a username that exists on this website, you have to also set it up with the password you used on this site. This is to prove that you own that account.

shouldn't you make it so you have to have an account on the scratch website, so as to avoid conflicts if an account doesn't exist, and a user registers with that, then someone else on the scratch website registers with that username, tries to go on modshare and it doesn't work?

It's not worth the trouble. Also, keep in mind that on the old Mod Share, it didn't check at all, so this is a step up.

With less than 3 and a half hours left, I am very excited about the release tonight! Here is a list of new features from our forums that weren't in the old versions:

A way to let other users edit projects with the password
Replying to comments
Ability to change the project file
Ability to recover deleted/blocked projects
By the way, I am listening to Brahms and Dvořák is a great way to get pumped up for the opening!

P.S. My "half-nighter" is going well. Everything is ready, and the page now counts down.

Oh, that will not be a problem. We learn from our mistakes.
000webhost still won't give them back, despite the repeated arguments.

Yeah, if any hosting says they won't give it back, then they won't get it back. The only way to get it back is to file some "law suite".

Yeah, they're really making me want to file one.

Well, I'll have to read up on their ToS, after that, I might be able to help you if you need it.
About one more hour till Mod Share opening!

We've survived without the files, and LS has a backup of the source code, just not the uploads (ironically, he made it the week before it was cancelled.) I'm getting pumped up with my classical music, making final preparations, with less than an hour to go!

I just removed the exception to the software that let me view the site before midnight, so all that's left to do is sit back, listen to classical music, check the forums, and watch everything unfold for the next 45 minutes.

I guess we are all sitting back and watching. O.O
Can't wait.
