Why do you need a exe?
And why do you want to set up eclipse?
How does the player work? I thought you had to like "add" a scratch project from your computer and "build" your project to an apk. And when I said eclipse, I meant netbeans... as you have provided us the source code. Seems I was wrong on both counts.Sorry! my bad . Can I have the latest (hopefully finished?) version of the player please?

There is currently no version in which you are able to do this.
I am working currently on some other things (I became sad about the glitches ), but I will continue this later.
But this will need some time:
A project like this is much more work than nearly all (finished) projects in Advanced Topics (expect Snap! ) , and I am alone with programming this

What's catdroid?
It allows you to make scratch projects on an android, and it's even made by the scratch team. The only difference between this, and catdroid, is that catdroid only allows you to make projects. Not view them. BTW, when is this going to come out?

Well, why don't you put your app in the SlideME marketplace? http://slideme.org its free to develop, or you can give me the app and ill put it in for you. Just give me a download link.

I have a question, zeroluck. Will this what you are making allow us to make games for android in scratch or program in scratch on android? Thanks.
This will allow you to make games for android, or better:
Open Scratch projects and play them.

Now there is no finished version.
And why should I put the app in a market when you can just download it in the Android browser? I don't think that people who don't know Scratch want to see something like that...

Then have a link in the description. Oh, and I want a copy of the last app, not the paint one. I tried to get it before, but the link is broken.

Can I be a tester when it comes out? You could come out with a pre-alpha version for testers only.
Yes!

The problem is that I tested the player with very much projects and I have no idea
which link you are talking about
Was it the first test app? with the green quads and the Scratch cat in the middle?
Was it Windows Explorer's test project?

What are the current know bugs? I am (and other Scratch Wiki contributors are) making a Wiki Page about this player. Here is the link: http://wiki.scratch.mit.edu/wiki/Android_Scratch_Player
What do you want to add/change?

Cool.
You can add to the list of bugs that the player is currently to fast on tablets and
to slow on small Androids.
This is the only problem/bug what is (currently) missing...
And you can add that keyboard control won't be supported.
But can you please update the article when I finished the first Beta?
Thanks!
