Dedicated Time Bar

As a suggestion for the next version of Scratch to come, I would like to suggest a dedicated time bar. This would help us better find words, letters, or sprites that may pop up. It would also help fix little mistakes and glitches if we could see where and when it happened. Please take this suggestion into consideration before you create the next version of Scratch.
