The Scratch team has not set an exact date for anything. The Scratch 2.0 Frequently Asked Questions says the Scratch Team expects it to be done sometime in 2012.

I'm guessing Scratch Day 2013.
Just cuz I have seen NO progress, and they aren't telling us progress.
