Jeff, I was recently lectured on bullying.

And bullying is generally not being accepting of others varying beliefs. So even though he does not support your sexuality, he has mentioned that he doesn't wish bisexuals any harm. But you have repeatedly been unwilling to accept the fact that he doesn't agree with you and have made fun of and put him down for it.
