A lot of times, when people sign up to a website, they don't always read through the rules, or they forget them. I kind of wish there was a way to make all newcomers look through the Community Guidelines, and a way to ensure that repeat offenders read through the guidelines again if necessary.They should take a test before they become a Scratcher

Kind of off topic but i know i have seen the character on your signature on tv before. I know one of the characters was called arnold, but i don't remember the name of the show. I watched it when back in 2007 (when i was 7 years of age coincidently) but i still can't remember the name of that show. Can you please tell me the name of the show so i can watch it on youtube and reminisce those memories.

Haha, I laugh at all these people trying to look old and wise by saying all this 'Oh, back in the day..." and saying how great it was. The honest truth is that it wasn't ever troll-free or anything. It probably had the same percentage of trolls. That's less trolls, but less people so each person gets just as much trolling as they did then.
