Well, my stronger forms caused by brain power minimally used are unexplainable and thus proves TK real.
My view: I am capable of superhuman things when I am trying to do the opposite, you will notice that in my strength, too. When I try to use force  I am weak and when I try to be weak I am very powerful. Thus, proving that scamnation claim false, though proving his ability false. Power is weakness and lack of force, yet weakness is the opposite. That is how TK is real in the backwards manner.

Try the psi wheel first, it's a great confidence booster because it needs little force to be moved. I use foil because it is hard for me to imagine the paper one spinning for some reason...

I takes about a minute to 3 minutes (sometimes a bit longer) for my mind to connect with the psi wheel. I just sit and relax and imagine the psi wheel spinning in my head. Be sure to have a clear picture of which direction it's spinning in. I will post the yt account of the man who I consider my "mentor" in TK in the first post.

What time is it in your time now? And 1 o'clock could probably work, it depends largely.
