Take a collaboration survey!

I invite everyone to participate in a survey I created regarding collaboration in Scratch. Just click on the link below and answer the questions thoughtfully! If you haven't participated in a collaboration on Scratch, please don't fill this out.

Although it's possible to fill out the survey more then once, please don't! I'd like to keep this information as reliable as possible.

Make a question, "What is your Scratch Username?" And then they can't do it twice.

Nice idea! However, I do want to keep the results of the survey anonymous so that people can answer according to what they believe without having to worry about be judged or anything.
