I know, I had to edit and change the censored word to "a not nice word that is censored".  And it angers me that the jerk-face said that.  Because while my friend is definitely a lot different than many kids in my grade, his difference makes him one of the awesomest, nicest people around.      He doesn't have mental problems.  He's just different. 

Even though everyone's different, I know what you mean. It's stupid how people think they look tough when they pick on the weaker kids. If they're so tough, then why don't they pick on bigger kids?

Yeah.  What I mean is that he's one of those people who stands out.  To some, they might think he's bad for being that way.  I know it's just who he is, and he's a great person. 
The jerk is also one of those kids who tries to act all "cool" and "tough".

I'm similar, in that I sort of stand out for being "weird" or different    (Not that your friend is weird, it's just the not-so-tough people think of anyone "not up to their standards" as weird). You learn to just ignore it eventually though

I'm weird too.  I'm a bookworm, unlike a lot of kids in my grade.  I don't swear at all(out loud, at least), which a lot of kids do.  I'm one of only a couple tomboys.

I can get talkative if it's a subject I'm interested in.
My school has some cool-girl cliques and cool-boy cliques.  I don't fit in with them.  I'm just a kinda nerdy tomboy girl.

If it's a subject like football (soccer) or maths (okay, I admit it: I like maths  ) then I could literally talk for about half an hour without stopping

The most part of the boys in my class call everyone who does something slightly odd a "Gaylord" which is terribly, terribly offensive.
The boys focus in nothing but sports and insulting people with the term "Gaylord"
I am constantly picked on for being the most intelligent and am actually USED by them as an answer machine, I don't get anything for helping them answer ridiculously easy questions.
I would do ANYTHING to be homeschooled, as my life in public school is miserable and most every boy is somewhat homophobic.

Anyway, I'm public schooled, though next year at high school I'll most likely be in Private school. I'm taking the entrance exam to get in the day after tomorrow.

Public. And I start school again today

I've always thought of them type of people as orks from Dow 40k. They only assault people in groups, the biggest one is normally the leader, they aren't really intelligent, so they resort to violence to solve things and they're mostly morons.

They're only weak to authority or someone stronger than them, all you have access to is authority, so that's the best way.
