Lol because "Minecraft Sucks" with no explanation is TOTALLY not trolling.

About 4.5 million people have bought the game. According to childstats.gov, there are about 72.1 million children in the US alone. That calculates to about 5 percent. BUT, also remember that many adults also play the game and also it is made in Sweden for an international audience, so probably only about 2-3% of American children actually play it.
Therefore, the "it controls 95% of people" argument is in fact JUST the opposite.

Also, how many games similar to Minecraft are actually POPULAR? Some random people can make a 3D world with blocky graphics but if nobody uses it then that argument is invalid.

Gosh peoplez. I've already proven his point about 95 percent invalid with actual facts, namely the Minecraft.net purchase counter and a quick google search for  "how many kids in the USA" and the childstats.gov page. That is no unofficial source, my friends.

Though I love both HP and LoZ, I would say WoW is more trying to be interactive LoTR which Harry Potter and LoZ both borrow heavily from.

Minetest is alright but it has much different crafting, less players, less support, more bugs, and a completely different idea of monsters. Just because it's open source doesn't mean it's better, by any means.

And you're right in saying it has different crafting and less players but it supports all major OSs and has no bugs that I have encountered yet
