Like the title says, what actors/actresses and/or singers do you like that may not be considered very famous?
For me... well, it's mostly West End actors in my favorite musical Phantom of the Opera
Killian Donnelly: He plays Raoul in London (or to quote him "RA-OOL in FAN-THUMB in LANDON"). I haven't seem him perform (wish I could but I live in the US) but he is a really awesome singer Here (not my tumblr) he is singing "Bring Him Home" from Les Miserables (he also played Enjorlas and covered for Javert and Jean Valjean)
John Owen-Jones: He plays/ed the Phantom (not playing him right now but he will on the tour. Can I just go live in the UK?). His version of "Music of the Night" is phenominal. He's talked about playing the Phantom on Broadway and I'm REALLY hoping he does come to the states. I'm much closer to The Majestic than Her Majesty's (the theaters that Phantom plays in NYC and London respecitvly)! He's also played Jean Valjean in Les Miserables.
I think that if you're in Les Mis you're pretty much gaurnteed to be in Phantom and vice-versa
So... answer the title question
Offtopic, this is my 3,000th post.

Jonathan Salas, his songs are really good :3
I also love Molotov Jukebox. A really good band that nobody knows, and their lead singer is Natalia Tena. .3.
Hmmm... Let me think..
Right now I can't stop thinking about Elfen Lied xD I finished watching it, and now I'm reading the manga.

Aaron Dismuke. He was Alphonse in the brilliant English dub of Fullmetal Alchemist.

Edward Alan Bartholomew (Impaled Peach) and Jack Seely (Akryllic Love).

For actors, I really like Max Adler. If you watch Glee, he plays Dave Karofsky, a minor character, but he does a really great job with it.
For singers, I really like Dallon Weekes, the leader singer of The Brobecks. His voice and music are really unique, and I think he's quite talented.

I don't really keep up with what is and isn't famous, and it's especially confusing since I had an odd early-childhood that glorified a lot of underdog things I incorrectly assumed everyone knew about
I've always really liked Zooey Deschanel but she kind of gets a lot of attention
Not sure if it's necessarily for her acting though

Dream Theater.
Nobody I know has heard of them.
Their lead singer has been in other bands as well, but then again, they're unknown as well. .3.
They still have a pretty large cult following though. The ones I mentioned are almost completely unknown

Also, isn't the lead singer in Dream Theater in Ayreon's 'Human Equation' album as the character ME?
I need to get off of Wikipedia xD

Roddy Woomble! He's the singer of a Scottish rock band, Idlewild, but he also has some solo albums, which are mainly folk music. His music was what got me into folk music; before I heard his music, I'd always thought of folk music as slow and boring. Idlewild were also the first band that I properly got into. I got one of their CDs when I was five, and I still listen to it loads!
