Like a programming language, sometimes we want to put comment of why we've wrote something in a specific way.
I suggest adding the ability that each block can have a 'comment'.

There is already a comment feature, just right-click empty space (ctrl-click if you're a Mac user) and select "comment". You can drag them around and I don't think there's a cap for how many characters you can fill them up with. Older versions of Scratch used a comment block that you could insert in your script, but I don't think 1.3[.1] has it.

I was unaware of this feature. That's all I needed.

It's not quite the same though, the comments float separate from the code blocks, which is very annoying is you use the "clean up" feature or otherwise move the code blocks around.
I wish they would either bring back the "comment blocks" from the beta version or let you somehow "glue" a comment to a particular script.

This feature will be included in Scratch 1.4 - you'll be able to stick comments to blocks.

Be careful when talking about features that are in Beta...they don't always make it to the final release. Remember the Comment Block! So...it is very likely that this feature will be in 1.4 - but nothing is guaranteed.
