I have weak response most of the time - it's like I'm stuck. :U
It's like this:
Teacher: [my name], WHO INVENTED THE TELEPHONE?!
Me: --------
Teacher: [my name]!
Me: --------
Teacher: [MY NAME]!!
Me: ALEXANDER GHRAM BELL!
I hate it >_<
If anyone happens to know what that's called, could you tell me? :U

Do you mean you know the answer, but your mind just sort of "freezes" for a bit? Because that happens to me ALL the time

Yes. It's like I've been cryogenically stored or something.
And it happens at LEAST for a good 30 seconds.

I get that too. It's where I get anxious when I'm, like, the centre of attention. So when the teacher asks me something, everyone turns to look at me, and I just get so nervous that I completely forget about the question!

But I'm not nervous at all. It's like I'm mentally not there, but I am at the same time. it's really weird. And I don't blink at all during the 'freeze'. It creeps some of my classmates out.
The song I'm listening to weirdly fits... O_o

Oh, well then I can't really help you, I'm afraid. The way I deal with it is if I know the teacher's gonna ask me something, I take deep breaths and relax my mind beforehand. It hardly ever works, but it's better than nothing.

Sounds like a lizard's survival instinct gone wrong. Except mentally. I wonder if your mind has gone haywire?

Who should I talk to about this so I can find out what the heck it is?

A doctor, possibly?

I don't have a doctor's appointment for at least a month... :S
It could be something I've been doing...
I eat fruit and vegetables.
I get sleep. (usually 8 or 9 to 5 or 5:30)
I exercise. (not a lot in the winter)
I've talked to the school nurse, and all she said was that it could be the winter.
It's not.
It happens in the summer. :U

Weird.
It looks like you get lots of sleep, eat good food, and exercise.
I've no idea what you could be doing wrong...

I'm a SuperGeek and I'm proud.
But I also get these freezes.
It's odd.

I googled this and got 'sleep paralysis', but that's only after waking up in sleep.
I also got cryogenic freezing.... what :L
Isn't that where you wake up, but for about ten minutes you can't move?
@PaperMario:
Pretty much sums me up as well

Does your teacher know that you have this, whatever it is?

Yes, and she didn't know what it was either.
Ditto for science (failiure?), religion, art, etc.
